Optimise site loading times

Site loading times are always going to be a concern with WASM SPA such as this. It was already known that this site is bad offender, and site visitors have complained about it.

Improve this by:

• Removing the fancy-looing but excessive Chinese Font resource from the Test Card; replace with something plainer (positively impacting data payload of vector glyphs) and ensure that is lazily loaded, not with the main site load.
• Ensure compression is enabled on the Ktor Server
